Selahattin Pınar was a Turkish classical music composer and Tanbur player. His compositions are generally known for their melancholic atmosphere. Pınar began learning music at the age of 12. Turkish Lyrics
Gel gitme kadın, ruhumu hicranına yakma.
İnlet beni öldür beni ağyare bırakma.
Karşında esirim, bana düşman gibi bakma.
İnlet beni öldür beni ağyare bırakma.
English Translation
Don’t go, woman, don’t burn my soul with longing.
Make me hear it, kill me, don’t leave me to strangers.
I am your captive, don’t look at me as an enemy.
Make me hear it, kill me, don’t leave me to strangers.
